Graduated Florida Atlantic Coast Institute in 1998
Specialized Associates Degree – Paralegal Studies
Since 1998 Bernice has worked as a Paralegal for various South Florida Attorneys, specializing in Criminal, Personal Injury, Civil and Family Law. As a Paralegal, Bernice assisted attorneys and clients with all phases of litigation by preparing initial drafts of court pleadings and correspondence and coordinating case preparation and management.
In 2008 Bernice decided to return her focus to the area of family law where she enjoys providing hands-on paralegal support to clients with difficult related issues. Bernice has also assisted with cases that have gone to trial with matters in various stages of appeal in both state and federal courts. Finally, she has worked closely with professional athletes in high end litigation since joining Adam B. Swickle one (1) year ago.
